The good news…I was able to eat a little cold chicken (a favorite of mine) before I went to bed last night. I woke up feeling better this morning just having something in my system. The other good news is that today is a cross train day in our training program, so I exercised this morning. (BIG grin).
Are you ready for the bad news?…

The peanut butter is gone.
I was so sad when I opened the jar and there was just little traces of the yummy stuff stuck to the sides. However, I couldn’t let any go to waste, so I made a smoothie and served it to myself inside of the empty PB jar.

In the smoothie: 1 cup vanilla soy milk, a handful of blueberries, and 3-4 frozen strawberries.
I had to attack it with a spoon just to ensure that I got all the PB off the sides of the jar:

Mmm. This was extremely good. I was craving PB and something sweet this morning, so this hit the spot. I also made myself 2 pieces of ww toast which I plan to take with me to work.
Sorry for the blur. I am rushing to get out the door this morning.

yummmmmm…i’m almost out of peanut butter, and i haven’t seen the kind that i like in the store recently! (the way they stock the stores here is very…sporadic)
