I started today off with a walk in the park! Then came home and had some good eats:

Then I added some toast and coffee out of another favorite mug.
Look at those seeds buried in the crust. Yummm. I had butter and cinnamon on top of these two slices.

It was really good, thanks! I was surprised by how easy it was. I just ran 3, and I felt good the whole time. I know, I had flashbacks to high school sports, too.
