I did some yogadownload this morning to get moving, and then an easy breakfast with some of my favorites.

One satisfying breakfast!
In the smoothie:
- ½ cup vanilla yogurt
- ½ cup vanilla soy milk
- ¼ cup water
- ¾ cup frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 handfuls of spinach
I can’t believe the weekend is over and that it is the start of another the week – they are never long enough!! But, I do have a very exciting lunch to look forward to – stay tuned!
