Happy Saturday! I’m feeling much more vibrant than I was while writing my last post.
For lunch, I made a taco salad
I started with a handful of tortilla chips (on the bottom) and then piled the lettuce high. On top of that went lean ground beef, black bans, salsa, and a little cheddar.
Halfway through, I remembered an avocado we had that was begging to be included in this bowl.
Ah, that’s better.
I’ve also been sipping on this throughout the morning
This is hands down, the best tea I’ve ever had.

Now you’ve got me craving taco salad! That’s what I normally get at mexican restaurants but I just don’t eat the fried shell. A little dollop of greek yogurt would be good on it too

That is my favorite tea too…I drink more in the summer iced!! YUM!! Can get it cheap at Costco!

I don’t think I’ve commented before but I had to delurk because I am drinking that tea right now while I read this, ha ha. For Teri – I get it at Trader Joe’s. They have it at our regular grocery store as well (Harris Teeter) but it’s $2 cheaper at TJs.

that IS my favorite tea. it is so spicy, sweet and AMAZING! and that taco salad looks delish too – i haven’t had one of those in way too long!
I love Good Earth Tea too! Although I tend to drink too much of it (fill up the cup like eight times with water) and then I get a headache, I am probably just over doing it.
