Sorry for the grump fest last night. It was just one of those days. I woke up feeling refreshed and ready to kick off a new day. After level 3 of the 30 day shred, and a bowl of dessert for breakfast (oats, cocoa powder, cinnamon squares, walnuts, a crumbled oatie, almond butter), I’m ready to head out to face my favorite day of the week.

I only have one 3rd Grader to deal with on a daily basis that pushes me to my limits so I can imagine how you must feel dealing with a whole class full 5 days a week!!!
We all have our days, I have them often, I try to stay postive but sometimes it is hard.
Yummy looking pasta yestserday, I have some today that my mom in law gave me and don’t you just love those choco almond. =)

Ohhhhh I love that “dessert for breakfast” bowl! Adding cocoa powder to breakfast just makes it so indulgent, but at the same time it increases the superfood content! Here’s to today being better than tomorrow

I love 30 day shred! One day my roommate and I did a “shred challenge.” We tried to do all 3 levels back to back. We were exhausted and barley made it though the last one. Its such a great 20 min workout though!
