Big Sweet Breakfast

I love sweet breakfasts. Love. Plus, I’m always hungriest in the morning. Enter: a double batch of April’s Protien Cake.

  • ½ cup oats
  • One cup of water

Cooked in the microwave for about 2 minutes. Then stir in:

Then back in the microwave for about 2 minutes and topped with peanut butter and chocolate chips. Guys, this is so good!! A perfect way to kick off a Friday morning. I hope you have a wonderful day!

What is your favorite breakfast? I like anything sweet and voluminous.

    I CRAVE eggs for breakfast. I have them every morning. I feel like if I don’t get eggs for breakfast then I have been cheated!

    I like eggs cooked ANY style! And Ezekial bread…oatmeal with a scoop of peanut butter is so good too, I am not a sweet tooth person! Today I had Thin protein bar chunky peanut butter flavor and then I spread scoop of peanut butter across the top!! Yum yuM!!

  7. Breakfast food in general makes me a happier human being. Usually I go for the sweeter in the morning (props for the pb and chocolate combo on oatmeal- amazing, right?). Then I’ll do eggs at night in veggie scrambles/burritos. Love it…

    Right now I’m on a oatbran kick! I think it keeps me fuller than oatmeal! I usually throw in a banana and some pb of course!

    toast w/ banana, almond or peanut butter, and blueberry jelly is my favorite bfast! if i’m out to eat, i love an omelet or french toast

  10. I try to avoid eating too sugary of a breakfast because it always causes me to crave sugar all day long.

    My favorite breakfast is a toasted bagel with jelly, orange juice, and fresh fruit.

    That looks fantastic. I feel like I always need to kick off my breakfast with some nut butter. It fills me up a lot more than most foods do.

    Over night oats with yogurt is my morning breakfast staple with whatever yummy things I can think of to stir in. :)
