Good Morning! I hope you all are having lovely long weekends. Anytime that I start my day with cake makes me smiley.

My wife made cake batter cookies this week–must be a trend. Sundays have not been kind to us the last 2 wks, though: last Sunday, early around 1 a.m. or so, my son swallowed a penny but didn’t tell us about it until his side was hurting around 9 a.m.. This Sunday the littlest one is snotting, hacking and running a fever. Oh well . . . at least church was good.

I think that if I were given cake for breakfast I would get out of bed before the middle of the day!!
I think cake and cookies should be a more accepted pre-exercise snack. They’re really not that different from granola bars…!

I am issuing you a formal challenge. Go two (2) days without eating the following: hummus, peanut butter, chocolate chips, cinnamon, sweet potatoes, greek yogurt. That’s it. I love challenges.
