Noteworthy
Posted: August 29, 2010 Filed under: Uncategorized 27 Comments »The only noteworthy activities of my day have been eating veggies and raw carrot cake. (Not together…although I guess if you count the carrots in the cake, the two technically were eaten together)
Jicama, carrots, cucumber…dipped in garlic hummus
And then taking a walk with my blue-eyed boy and the pup.
Colorado is prettyyyy.
What noteworthy things did you do today?

I ran with a group! noteworthy because up until now I’ve been a solo runner =)
I’m making that cake asap.
I’ve always been a solo runner, too…and still a little hesitant (read: scared) to run with others. How was it? I’m impressed.
I was hesitant too! but the group really carries and motivates you, solo runs are appealing for the solitude and stress releif, but I really enjoyed myself and the time flew by sooo quickly
I’ve eaten a ton of the chocolate coconut tart I made… it is now gone. Oops.
Haha, that’s the danger of making a cake for myself…I eat it all. whoops.

That raw carrot cake looks fabulous!!
We tried a new church…they had a slip and slide, cotton candy, root beer floats and a balloon guy! My kids wondered if this was every week ha! I made gfree vanilla cupcakes and a small cake out of the leftovers! No frosting!
I ate wings, pizza and hung out with my pretty wife. Now the Internet knows I am the fat kid in this marriage. Even your cakes have veggies in them.

Today I went to the broncos game! I’m not a football fan by nature but it was fun.

Such a beautiful doggy. I cleaned out my closets which is pretty noteworthy. I had clothes I hadn’t worn in ten years. Sent them to Goodwill.

YES IT IS and I miss it so! =( I was born and raised in Aurora, CO loved it……..now I am on the other side of the world in Orlando, Fl…….what a change but still beautiful in its own right.
