Last night after dinner, I wanted something cool and sweet, so I made Heather’s Dryer Lint Smoothie. Oh my goodness, so delicious. In fact, I woke up this morning with only one thing on my mind…another one.

Topped with crunchy flax cereal.

In this bowl:
- 2 tbs. chia seeds soaked in 1 cup of water for 15 minutes
- ¼ cup vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 scoop sun warrior protein powder
- ¼ large avocado
- 3 ice cubes
Blended until smooth.
This is going to become a favorite breakfast, I can feel taste it.
I hope you all have fun Saturday’s ahead of you! Go Buffs!
Why dryer lint?
I need to try this chia soaking thing. I’ve heard so much about it on other blogs, but haven’t actually tried it in a smoothie, oats, or anything really. Your smoothie looks beautiful (and delicious!)
Ok…why is it called dryer lint? The color?
A great smoothie will never disappoint! Mmmm
Smoothie looks beautiful. I think my favorite thing about the Dryer Lints are the color. Also, love your bowl!
Hope you have a wonderful Labor Day weekend!
