I got home late from work, and bedtime is rapidly approaching! I will make this fast.

Breakfast was eaten in the car.


½ cup oatmeal, 1 cup water, 2 tbs. pumpkin, walnuts, soy milk, cinnamon

Lunch was so, so yummy.


Leftover turkey soup


A few slices of smoked gouda cheese (no, I didn’t eat that whole wheel) and 2 Doctor Crackers – the spelt kind.

Snack was eaten at 5:30 – when I usually eat dinner.


Green apple and an oatie

Dinner was an attempt to clean out the refrigerator.


chicken, carrots, zucchini, green onions, 1 bunch kale, cumin, chili powder, parsley, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, 1 small can tomato soup, 5 cups broth


Done.
