Yesterday, Meeker only had one client at 8am, so I tagged along and worked out while he was doing his job (making people sweat). I knew I needed a workout that was a little more than an hour to keep me busy – and this one worked beautifully.

It was killer – in a really good way. I had planned to do 5 rounds, but as I was nearing the end of the 4th, I realized it had been an hour and ten minutes, and Meeker was finished with his client, so I called it quits after 4.

Even though I wanted nothing more than to come home and make these pancakes, we ended up doing various domestic things, lunch with Meeker’s parents, and then church. By the time we got home, it was the dinner hour, and I wanted cake.

Delicious. And I froze the leftovers and just ate 3 more for breakfast.
