If you do one thing this week…

Make these Portobello mushroom burgers. They are my latest obsession – I think I could eat them for dinner 5x a week.

And if you want something to go alongside them – these potatoes are fantastic. If I do say so myself.
Roasted Potatoes
4 red potatoes
2 tbs. olive oil
1 tbs. garlic powder
Salt/pepper
Preheat the oven to 450* – then combine the olive oil, garlic powder, and salt/pepper. Then chop the potatoes into inch-size chunks and put them in the bowl with the oil and spices. Toss the potatoes until coated, then dump onto a baking sheet. Bake for 30 – 40 minutes (until brown and crispy) – stirring half way through.
Oh? It’s Valentine’s Day? You want chocolate, too?

Jenna’s Oh Baby bars have stolen my heart. Sorry Meeker.
That all looks amazing! All I can eat lately is potatoes. They are my food lover of the month.
