Breakfast

Toasty. One with homemade mixed nut butter, one with earth balance.
Lunch

Leftover Jamaican jerk fajitas – this batch had chicken in it (as opposed to my all veggie fajitas last night) because they were actually Meeker’s leftovers. He’s nice to me.
And it’s been a while since I’ve shown you a sweater-wearing apple…
Dinner

I’ve made this before, and it’s so dang good. I made basic risotto and then threw in artichokes hearts, peas, edamame, and some lemon zest.
In the 3rd grade world…
I had a meeting after school, and I left my classroom door open while I was there. During the meeting, I was slightly worried about my open computer on my desk, but when I returned to my room, I was greeted by something unexpectedly sweet on my white board.

Oh, and the student journal yesterday…alllll boy. As if there were any doubt.

However, my boyfriend and I were having a discussion… who does all of the dishwashing in your house? He’s trying to get out of doing our dishes… but I’m the one who cooks!!
