I forgot how much I love green monsters for breakfast! So refreshing, and perfect for my (always unsettled) preggo belly.

The mix: 1 cup coconut milk, 1 banana, 1 cup ice, 1 scoop protein powder, ½ cup water, 10(ish) ice cubes, 2 -3 handfuls of spinach

Leftover risotto

Meeker and I tag teamed dinner – he made the sauce and cooked some bacon. I made the crust, and prepped the other toppings.

On mine: sauce, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, mozzarella, spinach, a few bacon crumbles

Evidence of a meal well-enjoyed.
