For dinner tonight, I made Jenna’s Pear Gorgonzola Flatbread with Balsamic Drizzle. It sounds complicated, but it really couldn’t have been easier.
I used this crust recipe.
Then layered on the mozzarella, pear, and balsamic drizzle. (I had to leave off the gorgonzola on account of being pregnant)

I probably could have made a salad to go alongside, but to be honest – I just didn’t want a salad. The whole process took me 20 minutes from start to finish, and it was delicious. Completely delicious.
You know what else is going to be completely delicious? Dessert.

Sometimes salads are overrated
That looks terrific!
Didn’t want a salad? Now I have no idea what that feels like…
Mmmmm!
What a delicious looking pizza!
Sounds like you are enjoying your spring break! Delicious!
this may sound dumb, but I have never made my own dough before.
must. go. buy. yeast.
Not dumb at all…it’s kind of a daunting task, but the recipe I have is SO EASY. You really can’t mess it up.
That sounds SO delicious. I must try it!
mhm, such special pizza sounds great. Gotta make some with cool ingredients soon
that looks fantastic!!!
ps your comment the other day was so touching (and couldnt have come at a more necessary time…rough night)
This looks like a great combo. Pizza is one of my hard to say no to foods. As-in hard to say no to more than 2 slices.
Mmmn, that does sound delicious! I need to man up and try making my own dough.
YUM! That sounds outstanding!

A must-make munchie, indeed!!! The tart sweetness of the balsamic glaze with the mustiness of the gorgonzola sounds so delicious.
