No baby yet.

I just got back from a brisk walk with Punky (it snowed again last night!) and I’m headed out the door to what I’m confident will be my last Monday at work. I have high hopes that Baby Cakes will make her entrance into this world this week.
In the meantime, I’m enjoying this oatmeal smoothie to the fullest.

Based off of HEAB’s cookie dough smoothie, I combined:
- ¾ cup oats
- 1 cup vanilla soy milk
- 1 T chia seeds
- 1 T nutritional yeast
- 1 packet stevia
- ½ t vanilla
- 7-8 almonds
- 1 t dark cocoa powder
Blended on high for about 1 minute.

Delightful.
Happy Monday to you all!
fingers crossed
I’m hoping for you!
Ahh! Every morning I have to hold my breath before I check your blog!
I definitely think it will be your last Monday…I’m feeling like Baby Cakes is getting ready. I can’t wait! I’m so excited for you!!
Darn. I was hoping yesterday was the day! Crossing my fingers for an arrival this week.
Good luck! I can’t wait to hear the announcement!
I’m really enjoying these cookie dough smoothies every morning as well, but honestly not a single one has reminded me of cookie dough! Maybe more cake batter?
I hope so, too! Just in time for Mothers Day!
Everytime a new post pops up in my reader I’m hoping it will just say “IN THE HOSPITAL!!” Fingers crossed for you
It is still snowing there? Crazy. I do not envy you from that viewpoint.
Yay for your last Monday – you school kids are going to miss you lots, I am sure!
So close! I just can’t wait!
Over on my end, it sounds like you had a very enjoyable and easy pregnancy. Is that true or are you hiding things from us?
No, I really can’t complain! I feel so blessed to have had a nearly flawless pregnancy. Aside from the terrible morning sickness in the beginning, it’s been a joy! I’m just so ready to meet her!!
Thinking of you!!! get that gorgeous baby outta that tummy and lets welcome her into the world!!
I didn’t realize you were so close to your due date!! You must be so ready to welcome the new member of the family into your home!
