After my unintentional clif bar diet for the last couple of days, I woke up with a resolve to eat three real meals today. I’m 2/3 of the way there, and already feeling more energized than I have in days.

Breakfast


Soy milk, chocolate protein powder, 3 handfuls spinach, a few chunks frozen bananas, oats, ½ cup water


Green monster.


I had exactly 3 minutes to make and eat breakfast today…and I was successful.

Lunch


Spinach pesto pizza…

Meeker was home to assist…which was a huge help.

We’re seven days into vegetarian month, and Meeker has asked for steak only 2 times…I consider that a success. As was this pizza. I will have to put up a recipe page soon for this beauty…it was delicious!

For dinner, we’re going over to Meeker’s parents’ house for his dad’s birthday! Since they are grilling burgers and brats, I’m bringing some Portobello mushrooms so we can have some tasty burgers, too.
