Which means mama got the all-clear from the doctor to start working out again!
Spin class tomorrow. So stinking excited.




Your breakfast looked so good! Do you just eat the oats uncooked? I want to try that for breakfast. Have fun at spin class! I remember how excited I was to start running again after having my little guy. It felt so good to workout without feeling like I was carrying a bowling ball in my stomach. Ha ha. I ran through my pregnancy, so I was used running with a big baby inside me, and I felt so light the first time I ran post-pregnancy. You look great by the way!

I know the excitement of being able to go back to working out. I think spin was the first thing I headed to when I got the all clear too. Have fun! And you look so great already.

Oh my gosh she’s SO precious!!!! I can’t even stinking take it! How on EARTH is she 6 weeks old already?! It feels like just yesterday I got the text saying she was born!
Anyway, I’m SO excited you’re able to workout!! That’s the best feeling. I wish a doctor could magically just tell me that I could really start working out again! Working out with an injury is SO not working out for me.
Those scones look SO good – as does that breakfast. I keep forgetting to try it!
