Jillian says I think every other week 200 so girl I know your legs are on fire! Where did you hike? We need to find you a Kelty carrier/backpack with the sunguard…google it or they might be on craigslist or the baby resale shops in town. We loved ours…used it for years with 2 kiddos!
Omg, I hope 400 was an exageration; my butt hurts just thinking about it! Apparently a baby is the best (cutest!) way to add weight resistance during a hike! 😀

You’re so lucky you live in a hiking area – when we went to Aspen last year for the Winter X games we did a hike and it was AWESOME.
