Yes, I knew this picture of me doing calf raises in my kitchen was being taken and I totally flexed. And sucked it in. Also, sometime I drink coffee during my morning workouts…see my coffee mug?
This is my latest favorite workout – something I found on Pinterest (which I always want to spell Pintrist because that’s how I say it).
DO 3 SETS OF THE FOLLOWING:
50 crunches
20 squat jumps
1 minute plank
2 minute wall sit
30 side crunches, each side
20 roll- back- and- jumps
20 v- ups
150 calf raises; 90 regular, 30 right leg, 30 left leg

Thanks for the share friend! I might try to get this in on office days!
skinny mini!
Katie – guuurl..you lookin’ good! Can we be friends?
Well thank you, fellow mama. And uh…we are friends. Duh.
Did you really have a baby? I don’t believe it. Sucking in/flexing or not – you’ve certainly got your body back lady!!! You look amazing
(And I drink coffee doing yoga sometimes, I mean, of course I do. Haha)
Well it’s been 5 months…I think I have to stop using the “I just had a baby excuse” now. Maybe it’s the coffee + workout combo that slimmed me down.
You look great! Let’s trade bodies for a day?…or for life?
This looks like a great workout! I wanted something new for tomorrow’s workout and I just might use this one!
Um, can I just say that your abs look better than mine and I did NOT just have a child.
I need to sign up for Pinterest (and I totally say it that way too).. being in an office all day definitely forced me to consider little exercises like this one to fit into the work day.
Glad you say it like that too!
YOWZA, WOMAN. how do you look so awesome having JUST had a baby?
seriously.
second, what the heck is a roll back/jump? I’m picturing a backward roll with a jump, and I’m pretty sure that’s close to impossible.
Well thank you. It’s been 5 months, so I have to stop using the “I just had a baby” card…hah.
As for the roll back/jump up…you sit down on the floor – then roll back kind of like an egg. Then roll back up to a sitting position and jump up from there. That was an awful description. Here is a link to a video, too: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oj5Rpu6Dhbw
That looks like an awesome workout! I might have to give it a try tonight.
Okay – I’m sorry “miss I just had a baby in May” but you have got to be KIDDING me with those abs!
WHOA. That’s all I can say. WHOA.
Are you sure Adrienne isn’t adopted? There is no way you just gave birth less than 6 months ago.
um, can we say, sexy mama?!!
Officially my abs inspiration. You’re amazing.
I like this workout b/c it can definitely be done in an apartment! I’m always looking for complete workouts that don’t require a gym membership. Do you a lot of cardio, too?
That’s one of the reasons I love it so much, too! I do it on my living room floor with Adrienne rolling around beside me. And I don’t do much cardio. I run 2-3 times a week, and take a short walk once a day, but that’s it.
holy snap! You have a ROCKIN’ body. Looking ‘hot’ as ever mamma! Keep up the good work Katie
Are you sure you just had a baby?! Sexy momma right there!!
umm you had a baby?! WHHHATTTTTT you look freakin amazing!
Um, talk about amazing…YOU. Now that’s a body transformation you earned.
You look great and cool tattoo, did it hurt to get one there?
Oh heck yes. It hurt like fire.
you look fantastic and i love your tattoo!
you are FIT, lady! you inspired me to try this workout and I loved it! Changed it a little so I got a bit more of a hamstring & butt workout, though. Also, I love coffee with my morning workouts, too
I am definitely giving this workout a go – right now! I always find working out more difficult in the fall, so it’s nice to have “easy” workouts that can be accomplished at home. Thanks!
You look amazing!
