I just finished the best workout (that’s me in its midst) and had to let you in on it.

Five rounds for time*

Run 200 meters
20 Pull-ups
Run 200 meters
20 Push-ups
Run 200 meters
20 Sit-ups
Run 200 meters
20 Squats

*for time just means to do it as fast as you can without stopping – also this is a Crossfit workout. I wish I made this stuff up.
