Remember when I used to post my workouts all the time?

I barely do.

Rest assured, I’m still exercising daily (I know you were worried). I’ve been doing a mix of crossfit, a little fitmixer boot camp, some running, a lot of walking, and the latest GPP Fitness.

This girl (and her crazy muscles) inspired me to try it out and after a few workouts, I started throwing it in weekly. Bonus points if you do all the lunges with a toddler on your hip…
