I can’t buy enough cans of pumpkin in the fall. Every time I’m at the grocery store I have to throw a few in the cart. I always think…well, maybe I’ll have some stored up come February and surprise myself with a nice pumping latte when the snow is 34 feet deep and I’m stuck in my house.
But it never happens. I use them all up immediately. Then I go buy more cans. It’s a delicious habit.
Here are some of my favorite recipes…some are mine, but most are from my fellow food bloggers.
Pumpkin Molasses Cookies (I’ve been making these three times a year since 2010)
Baked Pumpkin Fettuccini Alfredo (I made this yesterday for a friend who recently had a baby, and as I was getting out of my car to deliver it, it slipped out of my hand. I caught it (not the tray…the fettuccini itself) in both hands before it all hit the floor of my car and gently put the noodles back in the tray. It was a pumpkin miracle. (my hands were clean!!)
Thuuuurrr you have it.
