Hey, it’s the week for pink and red and sprinkles and balloons and chocolate and hearts!
Little Sticky Fingers (below) is super excited. She is ALL THINGS girl. Jewelry, chapstick, shoes, hats, bags, flowers, butterflies, glitter, sprinkles…she’s in.
(ps. remember when I was pregnant and thought she was a boy, HAH!)![]()
She is the best girl I know.
Therefore, I will allow her to steal handfuls of chocolate almond date bites right out of the food processor (it was unplugged!) and then stick her hand in every single photo I try to take and get chocolate fingerprints all over everything we own. Just for this week.
(or maybe everyday, whatever.)![]()
I hereby give you permission to spoil yourself and do the same. All in the name of Valentine’s Day. ![]()
(oh and ps. these are vegan, gluten-free, and raw…wait, is cocoa powder raw? Either way, spoil yourself and don’t feel bad about it a single itty bit. My gift to you.)
Chocolate Almond Date Bites
- 1 C almonds
- 2 C dates, pitted
- 1/4 C coconut, unsweetened
- 2 T cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1/2 C sprinkles for rolling (you could also roll them in more chopped almonds)
Combine all ingredients (except for sprinkles) into a food processor and process until a ball of dough forms. About 5 minutes.
Form balls using a tablespoon, then roll in sprinkles.

I am blown away everyday by your beautiful photography.
I hope you don’t get sick of me telling you that.

Hello Web Admin, I noticed that your On-Page SEO is is missing a few factors, for one you do not use all three H tags in your post, also I notice that you are not using bold or italics properly in your SEO optimization. On-Page SEO means more now than ever since the new Google update: Panda. No longer are backlinks and simply pinging or sending out a RSS feed the key to getting Google PageRank or Alexa Rankings, You now NEED On-Page SEO. So what is good On-Page SEO?First your keyword must appear in the title. Then it must appear in the URL.You have to optimize your keyword and make sure that it has a nice keyword density of 3-5% in your article with relevant LSI (Latent Semantic Indexing). Then you should spread all H1,H2,H3 tags in your article.Your Keyword should appear in your first paragraph and in the last sentence of the page. You should have relevant usage of Bold and italics of your keyword. There should be one internal link to a page on your blog and you should have one image with an alt tag that has your keyword….wait there’s even more Now what if i told you there was a simple WordPress plugin that does all the On-Page SEO, and automatically for you? That’s right AUTOMATICALLY, just watch this 4minute video for more information at. Seo Plugin
