Remember those fruit pizzas your mom used to make in the summertime? Big fat sugar cookie spread with cream cheese frosting and fresh fruit on top?
I remember so distinctly sitting on my kitchen table (much like Adrienne is doing in the below picture) and trying to make elaborate designs with the cut up fruit, but failing and just devouring it instead.
I made these for a family dinner last week and had to make them into small cookies because I don’t have a clue how one transports a big pizza cookie in the car during the hot summer months.
But good news is the cookies were even easier. To make and to eat.
