Ingredients:
- 2 cups of rice, cooked and cooled
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 heads of broccoli, chopped and sauteed
- 2 carrots, chopped and sauteed
- 1 yellow squash, sliced and sauteed
- 2 ears of corn, cut from cob
- 2 ribs of celery, chopped
- 1 /2 onion, grilled (or sauteed would work, too)
- 2 cups of green beans

- 1/4 cup evoo
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tbs. garlic powder
- 1 tbs. dried, minced onions
- 1 tbs. dried mustard
- 1 tbs. sesame seeds
