Hummus
- 2 cans garbanzo beans (canned)
- 1/4 cup liquid from the can
- juice of 1 lemon
- 3 small (or 1-2 big) garlic cloves, grated/smashed
- 1/4 cup evoo
- 1 tbs. chili powder
- sprinkle of cayanne pepper
- a few dashes of hot sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
This makes a ton! But, if you are like me – it goes quickly. I would guess it makes about 24 oz of the yummy hummy.
