Cinnamon Pumpkin Agave Blondies

  • 3/4 cup agave nectar
  • 3/4 cup (1.5 sticks) softened butter
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

1. Preheat the oven to 350*

2. Beat the agave & butter together until light and fluffy

3. Mix in the pumpkin. Beat well.

4. Combine the flour and baking powder, and gradually add to the agave mixture, and mix well.

5. Pour into a greased 9in baking dish, and bake for 40 minutes (or until browned)
