Again, this is leftover from the South Beach Diet days of my life.
- 1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1 packet of splenda (or 1 tsp. sugar)
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1 tbs. unsweetened cocoa powder
Mix well.
Add:
5 mini chocolate chips
1 tbs. toasted sliced almonds
Mix gently.
